Looooove this Hotel Group (Amano). Have stayed in the Berlin Amano and Munich Amano. Such glorious attention to detail and delicious decor. The bars and the breakfast are also sublime. Gooo!

Stay 4 nights in Dec. 2018. One of the best hotel during the trip.
This hotel has a nicely decorated interior and bar and the location is great! Right in the city center. BUT, the staff ( a woman and a man) that “greeted” us when we first went for our check in were rude and had attitude towards us for no apparent reason?!. We politely asked for a receipt after we paid and the guy said that the receipt would be given to us at check out. We said ok but we need at least some sort of proof that we paid. The woman said something in German with a mean face and then the guy gave us our cards and a paper stating the payment. Moving on..
The rooms are very small and they lacked toiletries like shampoo & shower gel if you need these things, BUT they were very clean and tidy. The guy at the night shift is very polite and well mannered so thank you! He is the only reason i put 3 stars.
Very friendly staff! Nice hotel pricewise. Cool roofterrace.
