I am sure it is a lovely hotel but after being offered a free Covid cancellation and refund, which I have still not received I cannot confirm. Such a pitiful amount to tarnish which is probably a genuinely good hotel. So much for German efficiency!

I was here for a city break just for 3 nights.On arrival check in was easy, check in early without any extra cost, room was clean & comfortable, staff were great very helpful when asked for advice on atractions, reception pointed us in the right direction, gave us advice on the transport system and if bus or train was easier. The whole experience was great and made our first time in Berlin smashing.
Good budget option close to central Berlin which was more than adequate for a one night stay. Staff lovely and helpful, didn't have breakfast but it looked pretty nice
