Beautiful location with stunning views, but the Staff are even better...Mike in the restaurant is just an amazing host and very friendly...the breakfast is all u need for the day...also the reception staff are just so friendly and helpful...the rooms are immaculate and serviced to perfection every day...good job !!!
Stayed here for 5 nights in their superior room and was really happy with the experience. The room was large, clean [especially important in this climate] and comfy and the view of the east side gallery was great. The mini bar was refilled for free with a coke and a beer everyday. It’s right next to Mercedes Benz complex [which feels decidedly anti-Berlin] but full of restaurants and a mall with supermarkets. The rooftop bar was lovely - great views in the evening a lovely service. There’s always a tonne of rentable scooters outside or you can rent a bicycle directly from the hotel. Highly recommended.
What a little gem. We were in Berlin for a wedding and booked this hotel as it was in a convenient location. What a find. Lovely rooms. Fab showers .Very clean and well thought out. The food in the restaurant was 5*. The roof top bar was lovely. A great bar and well set up inside and outside. As for the staff 10/10. Nothing was too much trouble for them especially those front of house. Oh yes and they spoke great English.
In these uncertain times this hotel got it all right. Well done.

Comfy bed,.Stylish decor. Polite service. Great rooftop bar. Excellent location between F'hain and K'berg. What's not to like?
