Very nice place for a perfect visit to Berlin.. Quite, not to expensive, excellent views, spa area on the roof top
We travelled to Berlin for New Year the hotel was absolutely perfect, and staff were amazing. On new year eve we were stuck for food at the hotel as it was booked. The staff heard and sorted something with the chef for us to eat in the bar. Top marks to Alen.
Everything was great, in particular the staff. During the breakfast, I was surprised since they come to me to ask gently whether I need other type of food which does not exist in the table.
The room was beautiful at the 7th floor with Balcony, but it was very bad next day as they said breakfast is not included, and the reception and the service were sure. Later on i Discovered that breakfast was paid additionally to the booking 14€ this means i lost money and didn't do breakfast because they didn't look for or didn't find it on system. I show the reception the invoice but they didn't take it into consideration and just checked the system.

Very friendly staff. For example - I have trouble sleeping at night and like to go down to the lobby/dining room around midnight to sit, write and draw. Someone always offers me a glass of water. Even in the hallway they greet you and say good morning/good day. Room is OK, clean and nice. I like the playful theme of Grimm's fairy tales. But the 5 stars are awarded for the sympathetic staff alone
