Did stay one night with family. Found the hotel clean and tidy. For the standard found the price is quite ok. Friendly staff!
The rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly which made it feel very safe. The location was the best, easy to travel to any point and it is filled with shops around it.
Not the best I have stayed in, but great for its proximity to the center. Rooms a little spartan but welcoming. Ask at reception to clean your room. Welcoming staff.
The staff are lovely people and make you feel at home. It's easy to get to the centre of Berlin from there and we always enjoy our stay at 103.
