Awesome room! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Check for discounts! Close to plenty of food, shopping and subway.
Comfortable and well run hotel set in a fairly nondescript part of Berlin. Good strong wifi signal. The design is executive-sleek, so it does sometimes feel a bit featureless-bleak, but the beds and showers are excellent. I stayed during the Covid-19 restrictions of 2020, with which they coped very well. This no doubt contributed, however, to the "ghost ship" feel; I'm sure a busy reception humming with life would brighten the place up quite a bit. Bizarrely, the room TVs default to Portugal's main channel when switched on. Which felt a bit eccentric though added the one note of quirky charm. I'd go back.
Stylish modern hotel with a good location in Berlin.
The kitchen is great, good dinner and breakfast options during COVID time accompanied by a lovely service.
One star goes off because of the sleeping experience: We had a room on 4th floor on the street side. I did not sleep very well even with closed windows, as the noise isolation of the rooms is pretty bad and this crossing has quite some traffic during the night.
Also the mattress was too hard for my taste, but the feeling might be for everyone a bit different.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff - Breakfast was very nice indeed, served to the table, and no problem to get more bread, eggs etc. We sataued two nights as a family and got two separate double rooms with two toilets/bath (very handy) and in-room door to open to connect the rooms. Nice comfortable beds and pillows zzzzz...
