Great Location for West Berlin. Service is not very skilled, but friendly. Rooms are small but nice, do not justify the high price. Overall price is way too high for what it really is.

One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. From the second we checked in the service was top class, the staff are very professional, polite and friendly.
The standard of the room was very high with a nice comfortable bed and quality bedding, a very nice bathroom with bath and a good size TV with TV channels and on-demand movies.
Breakfast was a la carte instead of buffet due to Covid 19 but it was still very nice, a good selection and everything of a high standard. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff who did a great job under sifficult circumstances but still always had a smile on their face.
All in all a very nice hotel in a great location with fantastic staff, I cannot recommend it highly enough if you are visiting Berlin.
A very high quality hotel, the standard of the rooms and facilities is excellent.
The food is delicious, you won't want to stop eating.
Vegans are also well catered for.
The staff are very professional and friendly, in fact some of the best we have encountered in any hotel.
