As a really strict person like I am, when it comes to "clean room", this was definately cleaniest hotel room which I've ever been in.
Rooms are smaller, but does not matter for a bit. With so beautifull bathroom, room itself.

A great hotel! Definitely recommend a stay here while in Berlin. It was clean, comfortable and close to public transit to aid in quick travel. Staying for a few days? They have a plant selection where you can choose a plant to take to brighten up your room.
Great hotel in City center. We got upgraded to a studio, which was very big, homy and cosy. Little kitchen with everything one can need. We did not try the breakfast as there are many cheapest options nearby. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Very clean and luxurious. It was exactly as advertised. Spotless clean and nice ambiance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, in the middle of the city centre and near everything including public transport. It's well recommended.
The monkey bar is a must visit rooftop bar when in Berlin

Rooms are spacious and tasteful, service is attentive and courteous. Location is bang in the middle of Mitte action. Much better that Soho House in my opinion...
Second time staying at the hotel, location right next to ostbanhof is great for getting around and to and from airport. Basic no frills rooms but quirky modern design. Great communal facilities
Value for money. No shampoo etc but given the price that wasnt an issue. Only thing I'd suggest is perhaps smart TVs or option to plug in own devices for international travellers so that we can make use of the TVs.
Great location, easy to take the public transport, and loads of restaurants, shops etc. within walking distance.
The room was spacious and clean with a small kitchen and a nice balcony. What you're paying for is the location and room size. There's no cleaning or breakfast and the reception is only staffed a few hours a day. But we knew that beforehand and it wasn't an issue.
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, both from a business trip and vacation point of view. Every small detail has been thought of and the customer experience is flawless. The staff is incredibly helpful and competent, and the rooms feel like home (instead of a hotel). I come here on my every business trip to the city, and recommend the place for everyone!
Beautiful Hotel in Berlin, comfortable, big and clean rooms, best people working here, super nice. Everything worked perfectly. If I come again to Berlin I’m going to stay in this hotel. 0 problems and the price is really good for what they offer.
Wonderful stay. The apartment is located in the best are of Berlin and the courtyard is simply beautiful and translates the lifesytle of the neighbourhood. The staff is always available and they are so professional and organised. The building is so charming, you have the best cafes and restaurants within a walking distance and also a tram and the underground. The terrace is the cherry on the cake, and is very special to overlook the famous TV tower whilst on the bed or having a glass of wine. I was impressed with everything and felt completely like a local. Alexanderplatz is so easy to access and you have a beautiful park nearby for a morning walk. Will definitely come back and very happy with COSI! Thank you!
Beautiful and comfortable hotel with great "feel-at-home" factor. When you walk in, coming in from the streets in the city center, you land immediately in a sunny and warm oasis of charm, culture, and a style I can only label "eclectic opulence" with warm colours - and I love the honesty bar :)
Well appointed hotel, centrally located, in the middle of the hip Prenzlauer Berg district, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Soap dispenser at wash basin as well as in the shower, which I thought a bit odd. Doesn't feel right to wash hair with hand soap, unlike with shampoo. Generally friendly and welcoming staff. No parking onsite, but free at street side with hotel voucher, no problem. Pretty good value.
Clean, spacious apartment one minute from train station and buses, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, supermarket and laundry a 5 minute walk. Great place for visiting Berlin. The on-site manager, Tony, is very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was okay, nice design, good service, great bacon at breakfast, a little bit smaller room, but they accomodated our demand for quite room and even gave us free upgrade. During our stay however we had a big disagreement with booking com who charged us more than 100 EUR more for the stay then current advertised price on their own website! It was extremely frustrating experience which ruined large part or our holiday. The hotel was involved and eventually they offered 10 or 20 EUR discount, nice gesture but that is all. It also took approximately 2 days for the blocked money to unblock and i had to call the bank for this.
