Wish Google allowed negative rating . One star is to much to even rate you. This place has no business ethics for all guest. This place if you are not of a certain ethnicity does not treat all guest the same. This place allowed a minority of guest to be racially profiled and physically assaulted . Mind you the guest was attacked in hotel by someone who was not even a guest at hotel.
Great location close to busses and Bergamo centrale station. Not all rooms has been renovated but the old rooms had their charm. Breakfast had a nice selection of cheese, meats and cakes. The cakes seemed a little old some of the mornings.

Probably the best hotel ratio quality/price in bergamo! Great modern design, great facilities, friendly staff. Definitely my home in Bergamo (don’t get fooled by the only 3 stars it has)

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy, good decor with a cocktail bar and restaurant. Spacious rooms which are quiet and no noise from main street below with Windows closed. Air condition works well, clean bathroom with shower and bath. Hot water takes a little time to come through but otherwise ok. Good supply of toiletries, soaps etc, more then usually supplied in some 4 star hotels. Breakfast is typically Italian style but we'll presented and nice. Breakfast staff and reception staff very helpful and kind and efficient. Recommend to anyone on business or even families..
