We stayed there for 1 night in September 2013. We arrived in the evening (~21:00). The door was closed and so was the gate. We kept ringing the bell for 10-15 minutes, but no one came. We had no choice but to call - which was very expensive for us because we came from the US and had to make an international roaming call. The person who picked up the phone could barely speak English. He did not speak French, German, Spanish nor Russian. When I spoke Italian - he was not very good in Italian either. Finally he said - he is opening the big gate (remotely). We drove into the big gate and went into the entrance (from the back). Reception door was closed. We kept ringing, walked up and down the staircase, but no one was there. Finally, we had to call again (expensive!) - after a 5-min conversation the guy who picked up finally told us that we should go to Room 1 (which was no where to see - because all rooms started with 2). He finally explained that we have to exit and that Room 1 had its own entrance and that the door is open (why didn't he tell us that in the very beginning?) Only then we were able to get in (overall, it took us 30 min). The room was fine, the quality of the beds was good. However, we were 2 adults and 2 kids (as per our booking) and only one double-bed and one single bed were made. The second single bed was not made and there were no linens to make it. Besides, it was a 2-level bed and it was impossible for our 10-year old to get down from the second level bed. Our kids ended up sleeping together on one bed. Water in the shower was not draining and was spilling over onto the bathroom floor. The bide was leaking water. One of the bedside lamps did not work. We did not have a chance to enjoy the breakfast (we had to leave early) - but the guy gave us 2 pieces of a pie and the pie was great.
