Beautiful, clean and simple. Good
I booked two rooms and received the access codes for both as indicated in the hotel notes but when entering one of the two rooms the keyboard does not correctly detect the entered code ... At the reception it is impossible to find someone who gives assistance and after 13 calls made I have not received any reply, therefore finding myself with a paid room but which I cannot use. I do not recommend it.
Spacious and very central rooms. Paid parking nearby. Reception nonexistent. They are there on arrival, they give an entrance code to access if you have any problems you have to call and they only pass the day after.
They did not take the documents on arrival and at checkout they asked for the tourist tax without registration.
Beautiful rooms and the location a step away from the new center and funicular to the Alta city. I had a bit of bad luck with the service but it's a good choice.
