I stayed here for 14 days and it was a good experience. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very close to city center and transportation. Also, there was at least one person who speaks english on the reception and they were very kind, helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
My flight was cancelled, so i got to stay in Bergamo B&B for 3 nights. The staff is super nice and ready to help out with anything. Great coffee and fast wifi made the stay even better. My room also had a great view of the mountains! If you come to Bergamo this is the place to stay!

Nornally I give all.hotels of this chain a 4 or even a 5 stars, but this hotel.in particular has all the potential to be much better. Just need more attention to guests, and free coffee:)
I arrived at 10pm to be greeted at reception. I was checked in by a friendly, helpful guy who spoke excellent English. The room was a good size, nice and clean and the bathroom has plenty of hot water with decent pressure in the shower.
