This was my first time doing the bed-and-breakfast style thing. I'm from the US and wasn't sure what to expect. Everything that we experienced at Like Home was top-notch. The rooms- spacious and stylish. The common areas, tasteful, clean and beautiful. Snacks and drinks by the rooms. Fantastic service. Very secure facility and absolutely soundproof. It is near the airport (BGY) but you can't hear the planes landing and taking off through the windows. We stayed in Ernest Hemingway. It was fantastic.
This hotel is a real treasure. It's comfortable, stylish, in great condition and the hosts are absolutely fabulous and gracious. The breakfast is a delicious feast that is the perfect way to start the day. Free secure parking is available on site. The neighborhood itself is nothing special, but the location is very convenient for getting to both Milan and Lake Como.
By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in all around the world. The caliber of the room is very high. Large shower and comfy beds. Breakfast has big variety and friendly staff. I arrived on the first night very late and was welcomed and shown my room. A level of service you do not get in much places. The only place I will stay from now on when I come to bergamo.

We stayed in this hotel not for the first time but during the last stay we’ve had terrible situation and strange reaction. The housekeeper was replacing all the things. If you put your things at one place, when you live, she comes and replace them. While I was away she decided that my face powder sponge is too bad and threw it away to the rubbish bin and then I asked where it was the owner. The owner said that he didn’t know and would ask. In the evening my sponge after the rubbish bin with dirty stains and bad smell was in my things. The’ve just put it without apologizing deciding that it’s fine to use it again on your face after the rubbish bin.
