The room is fine however does not have tv and the doors are making to noise if there are more guests. The host us friendly and give us all the information you need to know about the city.
Clean and large room, however the locks in the bathrooms are a bit old but a good tug should help you out . The staff is quite friendly.

Old designed, uncomfortable and little bit dirty. But good price.
Cold, empty apartment and the rudeness of the "receptionist" left me amazed. After he had accepted the booking request to check in between 00:00 and 01:00 on Thursday night (due to plane landing at 23:30 in orio a serious) the same day he replied to me telling me that I had to arrive by midnight otherwise I would not have found anyone. Pathetic and childish excuses suitable for a teenager. The excuses were that he was a university student paid 4 euros an hour and after midnight he was not paid to work.
My plane landed at 11.30pm in Orio al Serio and he suggested that I come and pick me up with his transport for 10 euros.
Refusing his proposal, I said that the check in had been accepted by the hotel through booking and that he had to wait for me.
He later wrote to me that he would only wait until 00:30.
In the end I was able to arrive by midnight so as not to "risk" that this would leave me out.
He managed to delay 15 minutes by waiting for him in the rain.
I've never found rudeness of this magnitude.
