Didn't stay here but was open to the public to sit outside to have drinks. Hector is a great waiter and despite being very busy, always had a smile for us. (We were a group of 10) Used the bathroom facilities through the hotel side and smelled amazing!
Great hotel throughout, within a fantastic location and entertainment. The hotel is immaculate in all aspects from the reception area to each room. I was extremely impressed with how friendly the staff were and honestly felt like I was in some posh hotel in Barcelona.... cant wait to go back.
Great hotel. My favourite in Benidorm Right on the sea, tucked away and good service from staff. I liked the night porter Enrico(I think was his name). He saw me come back night after night with different girls after pulling them in the beach bars. He was descret with it tho. Respect to him. On my last night before I was leaving to go home he called me Hew Hefner! I did 9 women in 7 nights(and one was a pregnant Moroccan ex-dancer). This is my lucky hotel for obvious reasons. Hope to be back after Covid 19
We were attracted to this modern looking bar/restaurant when passing by opposite the beach. It seemed brand new, decorated to very high spec and it was a very relaxing experience. We just had a small beer and red wine and the price was very reasonable for a nice place and good drinks. The toilets were clean and modern. Friendly staff and a great place to enjoy the beach view. Will be back to eat next time.
We have stayed at this hotel and also the sister hotel in Albir Robin Hood. We find the magic group of hotels to be fantastic for children who love the themed hotels. This hotel is located very conveniently for the beach and all Benidorm ammenities. Please do be aware it is up a steep hill ( cardiac hill as the locals like to call it!) So consider this if you have any mobility issues. The rooms are large and comfortable. We found the food fantastic and our little girl had a fab time in the kids club one day when the weather wasn't too good.
Top hotel, great staff, thanks to Christian for the drinks and his colleagues. Not a hotel for the faint hearted, it is a party hotel. for all ages in my eyes but you must be a lively individual! nice one.
Great sea view! The beach is next to the house, which is very convenient for our family with children. We liked everything very much, we will definitely come again.

We stayed for a week in October when the weather was glorious and paid extra for a sea facing room with a lovely balcony overlooking the front. The hotel was wonderful. All the staff were so obliging and professional, especially Manuel and Raquel. The breakfast was very good with a superb choice of food. The pool outside was lovely and the service from the bar very good. It was our wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is first class in every respect. It is very well situated on the promenade and there is 24 hour concierge service. Well worth the price and somewhere you would definitely want to return to. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable.
