I was so disappointed in this place

My experience at this hotel has been good and I have been comfortable both in customer service and in the room. The details that would be missing at least for me is the pillow on the beds that are very flat and your neck hurts every morning when you get up, I think there should be a way to indicate that the room is occupied, at breakfasts there should be more variety.

The hotel staff is charming, attentive and very friendly. The facilities are in very good condition. Varied and rich breakfast. Homemade food and quite good. We were very comfortable.
