4star hotel excellent all around. In the old town of Benidorm away from all the worst of the Brits abroad kind of things. Recommend to stay if you want to visit Benidorm the one cultural part of which is close by. Staff cannot be faulted and nothing is to much trouble. Restaurant downstairs is a gastro delight, with interesting and varied menu.
Fantastic, well designed and decorated hotel in the Old Town of Benidorm. Friendly staff, great rooms with comfy bed and pillows, English TV if you want it, and a super gastro restaurant serving imaginative tasty food with plenty of choice.
Upgrade to "Terrace with Sea View" room if you can as it's wonderful to wake to the sound of the waves and sunshine streaming in through your window.
Irrelevant to its location, this 4 star hotel is a hit! The views from the room with a terrace in which I stayed were simply amazing especially during the early summer hours. The hotel is quite clean and tidy. The staff members are pretty friendly as well. Breakfast is one feature that is outstanding in this RH hotel. Well done!!!
Shocking... Room not as advertised, nothing more than a box room, looking into an alleyway with one window barely 3'x4'. Customer service abysmal. Avoid this place like the plague
