The hotel arrival was the most welcoming we’ve ever received. Very informative even shown into room to talk through amenities. There is a mini fridge and a fresh bottle of water delivered each day. Coffee machine is available in lobby for free all day. The room was spotlessly clean and modern. You can see the hotel is well looked after. I would recommend this place 100%.
Lovely hotel exceptionally clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our temperatures were taken on arrival all covid precautions and sanitizer were available. Continental breakfast amazing. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely weekend xx
good location 3 minutes walk and you are right in the hard of the center. I give this hotel 9.1 min points is paid parking max two hours and there is no closet for storing your clothes, but they can still do something about it. but nice hotel for good price
Absolutely brilliant, staff were lovely, the hotel is pristine, beds are very comfy, showers are great. Free coffee and water as well as continental breakfast. No hair drier in room but ask at desk and one is given immediately. Very good location, 10 euro to park away from hotel but 18 in local garages so it is good value and is in a private garage with security. We loved it and will return.
Great stay at Hotel Castillo, Benidorm. Great location, Old Town only a short stroll away but far enough to be quiet. Medium size, bright and clean room, very nice bathroom. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Good quality continental buffet breakfast. I would definitely come back again and no problem recommending.
