Great position. Lovely staff.
Just stayed here for a week very clean staff were friendly and helpful and food was great. In a very quiet area evening entertainment was nice and chilled will definitely be going back
This place is amazing food staff rooms all first class. Loved every minute i was there. Looking forward to when i go again next year
It's pretty great, the doors are rough to close in the rooms and it makes a unpleasant sound sometimes. The bathroom, balcony and main door need some pressure and effort to close which causes a loud noise.
Please do something for the staff at the terrace and the restaurant "Cerveceria Gran Delfin". They get exploited. There isn't enough staff for the number of guests. Therefore, the waiters have to run to keep up with all the orders. In the previous mentioned restaurant one of the waiters had to go in the kitchen to help the cook. This resulted in a missing person to bring plates. Additionally this hotel is no 4 Star Hotel. The food has lost on value and the infrastructure is getting old. Some positive aspects are the friendly staff and the location which is very beautiful.
