Reviews from visitors:
The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. Service is good. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds. There's is air conditioning on the rooms, a wardrobe, tv (which you have to pay a deposit of 30€ to get the remote) a mini fridge and a desk. You can also find a air dryer on the bathroom. The pool is on the lowest floor, as well as a cafeteria which has chairs on the inside and the outside of the hotel as well. The cafeteria is okay, not much variety but good prices. The pool is shadowed for some time during the day, but it's not bothering in summer as it is a relief from the hot weather. Receptionist are okay. Some more sympathetic than others. Workers (specially the ones in the dining area) are pleasant and patient. The dining room is a bit small and has not much variety (especially if vegetarian, didn't look at gluten free so I can't tell) on the buffet, though the food tastes good. You usually have to wait to enter the dining are as it is small. Most tables are for 2-4 people so if you are a larger group, you may have to wait more (max 6 people and they don't allow you to join two tables). The problems I noticed were regarding the water in the dining area, as you had to go refill a tumbler every time you drank it, which I would solve with jars, and that sometimes the elevators didn't work (there are just 3 and sometimes they get too busy). The pool is cool, with a great slope. Overall, is nice. Main and only problem, some guests robbing from the dinning area and being rude, which the waiters deal with so well.
I remember, it was 25 years ago, it was superb :-)
The rooms are fine, the rest are not, the food is better to go for cover, the reception was a very unpleasant lady.
Mainly for food. Being in land of rice and oranges that there was not a good paella every day ?? It was inedible. And not having natural orange juice ??? Generally very bad theme meals. Otherwise, the rooms are very good and especially the attention of the staff that serves the dining room and the bar. The animation at night very flotillas. You can see they cut everything.
