No noise from construction was deafening, I don't where these reviews are from but the hotel is dirty, the walls in the rooms are all marked and the floors are dirty. We found three human toenails from someone else on the floor and I happened to stand in one
The manager is not helpful at all, very rude and wouldn't help us in getting a refund one bit.
We never had any toilet roll or clean towels in the hotel room and no one was ever at reception so we had to go to shop and buy some ourselves and clean our towels.
The bed sheets were dirty and had black marks on them and full of black dust.
Don't listen to the good reviews here, they must be fake or the hostal has been took over by someone else.
The only good thing is the location
Amazing, so clean, spotless rooms, with big balcony , fridge and micro wave in room, room was great size, bathroom(ensuite) was done lovely and again spotless, great location, and the men on the desk were so helpful, will be staying there on our next trip to old town benidorm
Spacious rooms with fridge and microwave, central location, good value for money and very nice cleaning lady
It has been very good, recommended, quiet without noise, near the center.
The Anna hostel seems to me to be an excellent place for the kindness with which everyone treats you for the good location on the beach and above all for how well they have the clean rooms I thank the cleaners for their great work they do
And everything is quite good, I just go, why do I plan to return.
