Good hotel, my wife is in the travel business & booked this for me as a break & a view to recommending the hotel. It's a short walk to the centre & beach but just far enough away if you want to relax away from the noise & crowds. Staff were lovely & very helpful, from the manager I met to the cleaners, a credit to the hotel. Lovely pool & surrounding area which are kept nice & clean. Good choice of food which is - imo- lower 4* but more than adequate & cooked/presented well. Good choice of drinks - Premium drinks not included in all inclusive deal. As for the rooms, bathrooms in need of updating as a little worn & tired but clean & tidy as are the rooms in general. Fridges & TV installed. Plenty of towels Balconies have great views over Benidorm & to the sea. Good value for money & I'll will stay again on my next trip.
This hotel is worth a visit. Very large room.
2 showers in bathroom. Food is good as well. Definitely staying there again. The rock n roll bar is opposite . Great position for the sites.
Another enjoyable week at this hotel. Clean and friendly. local to all entertainment and amenities.but yet quiet enough in the hotel for peace and tranquility if that's what you desire. All staff helpful with a smile on their faces nothings too much bother... A special mention to Douglas who runs the bar extremely friendly and welcoming a real asset to this hotel. And also to Frank one of the entertainment crew... Friendly and lively, another asset x
Very clean. Good food-well done chefs!!!! One or two staff in the restaurant could be a little more"smiley". At snack time in the mornings tea and coffee were not availlable which most people wanted. One morning the boiler was out of action so no tea or coffee pots available at breakfast. Think this needs sorting. Bars and entertainment next door and across the road. Shops a few minutes away beach about ten minute walk. Would go back again.
Beautiful hotel. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Spoke good English. Would recommend this place to all my friends
