Good moment. I know lot of hotels/rooms in Benidorm and this place is one of the best ( + : recent, clean and confortable. - : chimic orange-juice at breakfast ). Ideal place for couples/lovers! I recomand you balconing with view on the swiming-pool ✌ See you another time!
Lovely Hotel, amazing front desk worker who was very helpful! Her English was very good. Although the food was not great the room made up for it as the new refurbishment was very good. The pool was nice but it was way too cold to swim in it even though it was in the mid 20 degrees outside. Great location! Over all I loved this hotel as our room was right at the pool. Near the consum supermarket and near all the high street shops. We were very happy to stay here.
Took are deposit last year. Then email to say they are closing dew to covid 19 which I understand. I've been trying to get money back but they don't reply email or answer phone. Booking.com just as bad.
Great 4* hotel recently refurbished in an ideal location. Food is good quality & plenty of choice. Freshly cooked meat & fish. Room is a good size & a fridge is a bonus. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Pool area is quite small with comfortable beds. Sun does disappear at 4pm & most people pop to the beach for the last 3 hrs of sun. Breakfast has plenty of choice hot & cold choice. Overall I'm satisfied that this hotel delivers on its worthy 4*. Staff extremely pleasant & helpful.
