Didn't stay here but was open to the public to sit outside to have drinks. Hector is a great waiter and despite being very busy, always had a smile for us. (We were a group of 10) Used the bathroom facilities through the hotel side and smelled amazing!
The worst 4* hotel I have stayed in .food was disgusting and cold
Bed rooms were a 1* rating had no English beer was told by staff to go next door key cards and safe card nevered worked .spent 14 night eating out although I was half board don't be fooled by its looks folks. the only good thing about it was it was beach front..this was in October 2019
Located in a beautiful spot
Food could of been better lot of hot food was just warm,
Room was just basic but clean.
Staff not very friendly in restaurant,apart from one young lad, bar staff was good
There was a large group who obviously go there every year, and if u sat in there chairs at night they gave u a hard time and in fact seen them bully one lady on her own to move from there seat, if they want new clientele they need to be more accommodating and friendly for new customers
brilliant Hotel best position and excellent staff well worth the extra money . seems like a different holiday destination here as the lively bits behind you and at the Brisa on the sea front so best of both worlds
