I had a very bad experience in the hotel. Despite the efforts of some of the amazing staff in the dining room and pool area this hotel is badly let down by very poor management. Their Corona virus hygiene management is inconsistent and poor , especially in the spa area and dining room. I booked an hour in the spa after being told that it was policy to only admit groups from the same room or family group, which I was very happy with. However when I went an incredible rude man who was working in the spa instructed me to join another family group who were already in the spa . When I objected he literally started yelling at me that it was his manger’s decision to let in mixed groups and he wasn’t going to debate it with me! I tried to make a compliant at reception and was told to join the long queue of people who were waiting for check in!
The food is also very average for a 4* hotel there are insufficient warming plates in the buffet. Not at all recommended . I’m also still waiting for an answer to my written complaint 4 weeks ago.
Nice rooms but very poor food & beverage services.

I value it with 4 ☆ because the hotel is new and very good.
It has very few rooms with sea views, a shame and the others are very ugly narrow street views.
I have a negative assessment of the reception, not the girls, who are very friendly, but how poorly organized they are. Huge queues form to make the tickets and customers who are already staying have to queue to ask for towels or solve problems with access keys.
I think they should fix the bad management.
