Staff brilliant, food great for family holiday, all inclusive definitely the way to go.
A good walk to the beach for younger children and no shuttle bus in Feb, however more than walkable if you want.
Both indoor and outdoor pools where open and kids loved it.
Only negative is the soft play can only be used by over 3's
Really nice hotel. Staff are friendly. Food was different every night and tasted really good. Loved the all inclusive facilities, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and gym. Outdoor pool is nice as well and you also can go to the water park as well. Definitely a nice place to stop.
We had power cut first day had to get changed in dark then have dinner in dark with a 3 year old had to have phone torches out hotel 20 mins away from any thing beach shops pool dirty tiles missing windows smashed then bricked up playgroup dangerous my daughter hurt herself going down slide so did parents of other children rooms very good well cleaned bar staff need trained on cocktails entertainment 0 for adults and kids will not return food terrable same food every day chicken was raw blood inside also snakes we near playground as hotel in the mountain wifi terrable cant even load the internet page no shuttle bus top pool closed outside bar only open 1 day a week indoor pool you have to buy a head cap
Absolutely amazing Hotel.. Suites were lovely staff were welcoming friendly lovely... Cannot fault it at all... The pools were fabulous.. The Beach Club was awsome... My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed every minute of everyday... Great for adults and children alike... ☀️⛱️️
It's alright, it's no way 4* though, shops are a taxi away and for a family of five there isn't any 7 seaters in the resort. Food wasn't great. The beach club is a shuttle bus and a ten minute walk over the fly over so isn't exactly on the hotel. The beach club wasn't fully open only the pool despite the website saying the season had started. I wouldn't book again. Can get much better for the price I've been in 2*s that are better to be honest
