The hotel is wonderful, unique and well designed. With good faculties. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the waitress superb. What let the hotel down was the poor customer service from the reception staff, rude, unhelpful and lacking customer service skills. A welcome pack is lacking in the rooms to give full info on the services and times also emergency procedures info is lacking. A nice hotel that has the feel and customer service of a hostel.

Restaurant is very nice, helpful staff, the Market menu is unbelievable value at €14 for three courses and a glass of wine
Wonderful...been there so many times as just live around the corner
The first room's shower was either very hot or cold nothing in between after changing rooms the second shower was fluctuating and had hot spots , the beds are uncomfortably hard as are the pillows, good staff and and a nice position, breakfast is good too.
