As Canadian residents we were extremely disappointed not to be able to once again stay at this amazing resort during the months of Jan and feb, the pool was heated the facility was impeccable, groc stores were across the street and another one a block away the bus stopped almost right outside your door, a grocery store in the basement, a wonderful indoor pool for a small fee, a library with books in many languages and an excellent walking area filled with beaches restaurants cafes and souvenir shops, we have been back many times always to sunset beach and hope to stay again once this virus departs and makes life enjoyable once again. Many thanks to the fantastic staff, your all top notch
although not all the amenities were open owing to the recent pandemic we had a lovely two night break. our room had everything a family needed and the views were stunning! the staff were friendly and helpful and the new covid health and safety guidelines were comprehensible and well informed and practiced. I would definitely stay here again. great for children!
Great pool great restaurant service, not so good lifeguard though always on his phone if you are always in one of the 3 pools
Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and hotel and rooms are very clean. Swimming pools are big and heated. Hotel is In a good location. 30 minute to the marina and the promade is only a 10 minute walk away.
Have a lovely 3 weeks here.
