I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The staff was unfriendly.
We had troubles at our room, when we arrived our room wasn't free, we had to sleep at a really small room, while we paid for a big room with sea view. They didn't pay us back for their mistake. After complaining we got another room. The beds by the pool were worn out, you could not lie comfortably.
And it was not yet a high season, and all the loungers were already occupied. we went to the beach for a few days because there were no loungers available. far too few seats.
we had requested a late check out, this was not possible. again the staff were unfriendly. we were offered a room where we could freshen up before we left. When we went to ask the key for us to shower, the staff said we only got 10 minutes. how can you wash and prepare in 10 minutes ?! for 2 people? We had swum before so we had to wash our hair. After already 8 minutes she called us to say we had to hurry. They called us up to 3 times in 12 minutes. They didn't even offer a towel.
I'll never come back to this hotel.

Happy with the room, basic and clean. Food great lots of choice. Happy hard working staff. Great holiday would come back again.
We returned from hotel palia la roca today having spent a week there. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and the animation team worked so hard to get people involved in activities. We did not find them pushy at all as if we weren't wanting to join in they left alone. The food was certainly better than would be expected from a 3 star hotel, with freshly cooked grills each day and a vast choice from the buffet for most tastes. Our only problem was that we had a problem with ants in the room but once mentioned to the cleaner she sprayed which helped. All in all we had a fantastic time everyone was so friendly and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxed well located holiday.
A fabulous hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the entertainment staff who work really hard and are always cheerful. We'll definitely be staying here again.
