I am recanting a previous review I made on this gorgeous hotel resort...I had made reservations MONTHS in advance, and now that AMERICANS cannot travel there, I needed to cancel. I discovered it was NOT the Palladium group holding up my refund, but travel agency. The people at Palladium were more than gracious, pleasant, and professional. I only wish after all my research and plans that I could stay here!!! Lovely hotel.....
Hotel pretty isolated. Nit the place to go if you like to be in the middle of things. Majority of staff are very nice, hotel spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Food ok but not what you would expect of a four star hotel Drunks menu for all-inclusive has been changed three times since we arrived on Sunday. Choices are now very limited. Hotel is using a band system for access to bedrooms and for keeping tabs on alcohol consumed. This is an extremely tedious method of doing this as we have had our band changed three times and it still doesn't work. Staff frustrated with this too. To sum this hotel up if you want to spend your break in the hotel then this is the place for you. If you like bars and shops around you - don't choose it.
Beautiful hotel. From start to finish the hotel was perfect. Initially we were given a double room due to my mums disability however when I explained that we had booked a twin room room was changed. Food was lovely, lots of choices at each meal time. Staff were really friendly and polite. Hotel was spotless. My only negative comment is that for the size of the hotel there were not enough sunbeds available for guests on the beach.
Stayed here for 10 days in August 2019 & absolutely loved it.
Lovely hotel which offers both families & couples a great holiday.
Excellent family pool & an adults only infinity pool. Beach location as well.
Restaurants serve an excellent choice of foods & staff are happy & helpful.
Highly recommended.
Wow just came back from here. And it's fantastic all the drinks spirit's are all proper branded stuff.. Food good but not red hot some times food was cool or cold that's my only criticism.. Would definitely book again
