Very nice view and lovely place to enjoying
When they are not interested, they cancel the reservation in the absence of days. Lousy customer service, nor do they respond.
My partner and I have been on vacation, three nights, on an all-inclusive basis. The last weekend of August. In detailing my opinion of the hotel, I will say the following:
The best thing is the attention of the staff: the friendliness of the waiters, housekeepers, receptionists, entertainers and lifeguards is exceptional. Very friendly and professional the girl in charge of the recreational games room, called Angie, who took care of us very well and is very nice.
The food is varied, with themed dinners in the general buffet dining room: we had an oriental plan with sushi and a Mexican one. I think it's three-star hotel quality, honestly: the packaged bread was sometimes not fresh from the day; tasteless desserts like custards or jellies. On the other hand, the quality of the fish is quite good and certain show cooking meats, such as the pork secret. Smoothies and milk 'President'. Coca Cola and Fanta tap drink (I was surprised, I was expecting Pepsi and Kas). Mineral water served in a glass. You can really eat all day, because there is a late breakfast, hot snack and snack between breakfast, lunch and dinner time slots.
The animation can be improved for adults. Children enjoy their mini-discs, but for couples without children like me, things are missing in my opinion. Still, the entertainers are very friendly.
The rooms are fine, but I think that if originally the hotel was classified as 4 stars, today it is three stars: the shower has a fixed head and there is no rubber shower head in the bath either. The curtains have scratches and tears. Some cabinets with torn paper. I had to ask reception to change the dryer because the casing was broken and it was dangerous: which they quickly solved, changing it for a new and better dryer. The room was spacious, with a terrace and kitchen.
The hotel pool had chipped bottoms with missing tiles.
Well maintained and healthy gardens.
The water park, with its shuttle bus service included, quite fun and good. We had fun.
We made use of the spa circuit. It was quiet and good in general, but as regular users of this type of treatment, we believe that the price of 10 euros per person and hour does not correspond to what was offered: perhaps 7 euros / person / hour would be more appropriate. There were notable imperfections: the shower in the Turkish bath broken, with the rubber of the cracked shower head running off the water (shift from 17:45 to 18:45 on Sunday 30/08/2020); the cold ice machine was not making ice (not connected).
The anticovid measures quite well in general: in the buffet there is constant cleaning of surfaces.
The clientele, in general, aware of the anticovid regulations.
My overall experience has been good and enjoyable. But I give three stars because, although the hotel is four stars, I really think that the current level of quality is three, in my experience.

Without a doubt, after much deliberation, it was a wise choice to choose this hotel for our vacations, the complex has several completely separate hotels, when making the reservation we requested the Village, and they granted it to us.
From the first minute we were delighted, spacious room with bathroom (shower + bathtub), kitchen, living room (sofa bed), and a huge terrace with views of the sea and the pool area.
The treatment was always spectacular, from reception to the Spa, lifeguards and waiters of 10, and special attention to the animation team with Alberto at the head, they made us have a good time.
The all-inclusive is the best option, you have food and drink in the pool area and bars of the complex, in the dining room the variety in each shift is very wide, always meat, fish, rice and spoon dishes, of course you like some things More than others, but that is up to each one of us, everything was very well prepared, (there is a lot of food critic), you also have 2 thematic restaurants, Mexican and American, we tried the American and very well, obviously better than the buffet.
The Beach club is very complete, several pool areas, jacuzzi, donuts, and wave pool, there are for all ages although it is more oriented to children, (if you miss any attraction of slides for adults), it also has tracks indoor soccer and paddle tennis.
It is in a privileged location, from where you can visit Malaga, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, even Marbella and Puerto Banus, are nearby.
Summing up a 100% success, the cost of vacations for 4 people is not cheap, but it is affordable and according to what they offer, you have to give the rooms a facelift, but to improve something, the rest is spectacular.
Hotel and decoration very well.
The bed has a mattress with springs that make noise and stick, you sleep very badly.
The buffet food is disgusting the worst food I have ever eaten in a hotel.
The all inclusive includes practically nothing.
