Was with my boyfriend for 5 days there. We had a comfort room but it was not comfortable at all. AC did not work properly, room was always cold and you need to use radiator from the bathroom to make it warm. Room itself is small and should be called just a standard one. Started doing renovation without any announcement while I was working during the lunch time just next door to me!!! They have messed up with my boyfriend’s payment and I hope they will resolve it ASAP otherwise we’ll need to take legal actions and ruin your reputation(if you even have it).
P.s. No complaints to Blondy girl (sorry I forgot your name) on the receprion, suggested good places to visit.
Very nice and very clean Hotel. Close to the tram which bring you in the city within 5 minutes
They charged me twice for my accomodation and have not responded to me emails or calls. They promised they would not do this at check out but did anyway. The website says they have a coffee house on site, they have a room off a kitchen that has a coffee machine. Also states they have a bar which they do not. Hotel is 40 minute walk to city centre. Would not recommend at all, charged me an extra €237 for no reason still waiting for a response , will take legal action
The room is beautiful and clean. 100ft from the main boulevard too. Also some extra security with key fobs for the doors so no keed to worry about safety.
A nice and clean boutique hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. A great place to stay and would highly recommend it.
