Engine noise in the room.
The air conditioner does not work and also that it works makes a terrible noise and it is impossible to fall asleep.
We asked to be moved to another room and even there was no air conditioning! Decide that there will be no air conditioning on the 2nd floor!
The phone in the room does not work to call reception.
addition to that the curtain in the room does not produce darkness like that when the sun rises there is full of light in the room! You can not sleep with such an amount of light!
In short I recommend not going to this hotel for what you will not have peace and quiet.
Staff is really kind , hotel meets all it has to offer. Although I had a credit card problem with them after my stay, the manager was kind enough to explain it to me.
A fantastic place for your business and holidays. Placed in the center of the city. The service is young, nice and friendly! Local food is a bright star in a night sky! ✌
Beautiful location in old city center. As far as location goes one of the best. Overlooking at national assembly and city Hall. Best restaurants and bars very near. Hotel has tradition and soul, because some of Nations best known writers and politicians lived at hotel, like Ivo Andrić and Milos Crnjanski. Very traditional. Has nice parking. But...rooms on 7th floor are small, and nah. Rooms on the sixth floor Overlooking Kneza Milosa street are spot on. Hotel has no spa, pool, and rooms don't have simple things like- paper, pancil etc. But stuff is great and very very friendly, and view is fantastic. Been all over the Town and this is my favorite hotel! Loved it.
