Recently we visited this Hotel! It has realy modern cozy and beautiful rooms. Very good located, wright on the walking street. very friendly and helpful staf. A la cart breakfast withe a grate city view. Free parking 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend for staying.
Clean and tidy room. One of the best options in the city centre and very close to good restaurants, bars and cafes. Strongly recommended.
I have no complaints about the staff, cleanliness or the location of the hotel. Everything was ok. However, there was something seriously wrong with the building. I was really scared during my stay because the building keeps shaking like 10 times a day! It was not only me who felt it! Two of my friends had the same complaint as I. It felt like strong earthquakes of 3 seconds each time. We woke up from our sleep too many times and I really thought the building would collapse. I have no idea what caused it. There is no metro underground or sth like that in Belgrade. I didn’t feel safe during my stay.
Before we go to hotel, we called the reception and asked about the parking. Receptionist told us that parking is nearby, we can park our car only for 2 min in front and take the luggages. We did what she proposed to us. When we are in reception, the receptionist assigned a person to us to show us the parking but morever we got a penalty from the police. The police forced us to pay the penalty 100 euro immediately. The receptionist did not do anything, she said this happened the first time, they can not do anything. They did not receive any responsibility, or did not help us either. No customer support. So, i never suggest that hotel, especially if you have a car.
It exceeded all of our expectations. It was so luxurious. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Location was perfect, we reached all city spots by foot. Staff was so friendly.
