I had just arrived into Belgrade after a bit of a harrowing experience at the airport and just wanted to find a friendly, comfortable hotel and thankfully I found it with this hotel. I just turned up at about 6am and hoped they'd have a room free and walked into a stunning lobby with two wonderful friendly faces. One was from the barman, standing there, ready to serve and I really needed a drink, so that was a lovely surprise. The other was from the receptionist who was equally as lovely. My room was perfect to work in, so comfortable and perfect to work in. I also made use of the spa and ordered a take-away to my room and Boris, the hotel manager brought me in a beautiful bottle of wine. All the staff continued to be super helpful and lovely throughout my stay, helping me out to the taxi when I was leaving. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you to these people for making me have such a fab time!
The hotel is amazing , there is also a really good restaurant inside.

Just an exceptional place! The staff here become like family almost straight away with a perfect balance of both attentiveness and privacy. The accomodation is exquisitely clean and the spa is open at all hours. The staff act as a concierge to your needs even if it means calling a taxi to rescue you at 3:00 in the morning. Really, I highly recommend to stay here because they simply "have your back"
