The hotel was very clean, warm and cozy. Staff from reception was friendly, attentive and very helpful. Considering that the hotel is located in the city center it wasn't loud. Many stores, pharmacies, restaurants are near, as tourist attraction too. We booked only one night in jacuzzy room and lived our dream. The room was clean, warm, we were greeted by champagne and a warm bath in the jacuzzi and love full welcome letter with a quote from our favorite writer. Special thanks to jovana from the reception who prepared everything.
