Very nice and clean hotel with tidy and big rooms. Also perfect location withi walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Stunning view from hotel room.
Hotel is in good location. My room was sea facing and can enjoy the cold wind from black sea. Room service is very good. Breakfast has very limited options Georgian waitresses are very helpful. I would like mention the name of marrium a Georgian girl of welcome desk is very helpful.
Positive sides:
1. Near the beach, restaurants, shops, a mall
2. Big rooms, comfy beds
3. Modern
4. Big windows with nice views
5. A bar and a gym
6. Great breakfast with variety of foods to choose from. (See “negative sides” about coffee)
Negative sides:
1. Took 1.5 hours to check in, because the room wasn’t ready. (Did it at 3:30 pm)
2. Rooms are cleaned around 6-7 o’clock in the evening
3. There’s was a crack in the wall of our room
4. One window didn’t close because of a broken handle
5. Six hours after we checked in there was a guy at the door saying “you have to pay”.
So you need to pay at the check in.
6. Elevators are awfully small, for 2-3 people maximum. Without the luggage.
7. You’ll also wait forever for the elevators.
8. Cold coffee in thermoses at breakfast.
We stayed at Best Western as a team from work and overall we really enjoyed it. Rooms are cozy, very clean and with all the essentials. The view is as good as it can be (Giant Marriott building is covering some of it, but you can still see the sea :))
The hotel is very serious about Covid-19 measures. Pool and gym was closed, no bar. They measured our temperature and you couldn't walk without mask in common areas. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not the best, but coffee is very nice.
Don't hesitate reserving this hotel. If you want to feel at home, reserve this place. Very friendly and helpful staff and super clean rooms with more than enough facilities.
