Very bad hotel, air-condition does not work, hot inside the room, also bed in the room is very uncomfortable

It was very strange for us when the wife of my friends lost her Perfume and part of makeup and descoverd that someone from hotel stuff(room service) stolen it from the room when they were outside.
And was very very strange when the management doesn't do anything with him and told us we are in season now we can't deport him.. really? You took 1000$ for accommodation and 200$ just for laundry and you can't protect the guest?!!!
You can't even return the perfume, your really very bad place and very very bad service..
I advice anyone, Don't treat with this hotel even if is it for free.. its not save place.
