Very good location and nice sea view, clean rooms but they have an elevator problem! Very slow elevator used by guests and staff, you can wait up to 10min to reach the lobby! Hope they fix this prob soon.
The rooms are nice (not more than nice) but the service is so bad!! The elevators going very slow and if your room is on high floor you should take that in count. The staff give service without concern at all !! Also they have a lot of problems with the water in the shower. In the short way very not recommended!
Terrible experience.
We arrived and the room was not clean, one of the windows was broken and i waited for the check out for a long time.
Do yourself a favor and come here!
Positive sides:
1. Near the beach, restaurants, shops, a mall
2. Big rooms, comfy beds
3. Modern
4. Big windows with nice views
5. A bar and a gym
6. Great breakfast with variety of foods to choose from. (See “negative sides” about coffee)
Negative sides:
1. Took 1.5 hours to check in, because the room wasn’t ready. (Did it at 3:30 pm)
2. Rooms are cleaned around 6-7 o’clock in the evening
3. There’s was a crack in the wall of our room
4. One window didn’t close because of a broken handle
5. Six hours after we checked in there was a guy at the door saying “you have to pay”.
So you need to pay at the check in.
6. Elevators are awfully small, for 2-3 people maximum. Without the luggage.
7. You’ll also wait forever for the elevators.
8. Cold coffee in thermoses at breakfast.
Awesome sea view and a great breakfast. The spa is ok and the service is really nice. Batumi is a place you should visit
