Dear friends, if you have a chance and finances, stay at this hotel. Location - excellent. Service - More than expected. Food - Delicious. rooms - very clean and warm. View - The best.
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the people are amazing and committed.
Rooms are great with a fantastic sea view. Restaurant on the 20th floor is tops!
This hotel needs a few lessons in customer service and also basic room maintenance. Rooms are not up to Sheraton standards. The window blinds were falling apart, the light shades were nasty, the pillows smelled musty. Water from the tap was brown and smelly.
I used Agoda, as I have done everytime I book hotels all over the world. When I arrived they tried to charge me, even though I had already paid in full. Then they insisted that I pay again or contact Agoda on their behalf. As I was on holiday I didn't feel I was responsible for doing their job, but I did it anyway. Agoda assured me I paid, also the charge went through on my card. Then Agoda tried to call them and they didn't answer. Then they emailed the hotel and got no response.
On my last day they tried to charge me AGAIN and I refused as the charge had already gone through. The cost for 2 rooms was over 700 USD. If I let them charge me again the total charge on my card would have been 1400 USD.
The only nice things about this hotel are the bellhop that assisted me with all of our bags, the resturant, and the pool. I genuinely would avoid this hotel.

My great respect to all Sheraton Batumi team, honestly it’s you mean all team who makes my stay each time fabulous and so relaxing that I even don’t consider other place while being in Batumi, wanna say that during this pandemic period I felt most safe and peaceful at yours’ because all the regulations were strictly followed on each step in the hotel. Special thanks to Front Desk Teona Miqadze her welcoming and special attitude really made each day comfortable and joyful. Also thank you to Maia and Teodere. HSK team Dali and Nargiz.
