Fabulous hotel, excellent design and superb rooms. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Great restaurant area inside the Italian-type piazza. One thing needs to be improved - the breakfast in the hotel is quite poor and unexpectedly plain...
This hotel is NOT excellent. We had a terrible experience at this property. The customer service is very poor. We’ve never had such a bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dirty room and bathroom; also, there’s no door separating the bathroom from the room. The only good points about this hotel are the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot with great water pressure. Some guests enjoyed their experience, so it appears that some rooms are better than others. The pictures online look great; however, they do not reflect the room’s current condition.
