Very cosy place with nice terrace on the roof. Liked their rooms
Very nice and cozy apartments, clean, newly renovated (2014 or 2015). Located in the very heart of the city, walking distance to major attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they spoke Russian and Georgian, no English though. Nice and clean kitchen in the room as well as a little fridge and a washing machine. Beware, there is no elevator at this place.

The place is lovely, located 10 min walk from the black sea. The apartment was clean, there was a small kitchen and a fridge. We had a balcony directly to the street, beautiful view with mountains, the sun is welcoming you every day. Hotel amendments with towels, sleepers, toothbrush were prepared on arrival. The bed was big and very comfortable. Service friendly and well organized. Place is well secured in the night as well. Will be coming back!
One of the best places to stay in Batumi. In the heart of old town, everything is quite close and staff is very helpful and supportive! View from the terrace is stunning!

- no blackout curtains
- only thick pillows
- very bad smell coming from the toilet
- other minor defects: no box to put soaps in the shower, provided shampoos good to clean your car, noisy fridge, ...
- staff can speak only a basic English or no English at all
