The hotel is nice not only for the location but also kind and trained staff, you have the feeling of being treated well from the entrance. If you need relaxed holiday and tasty food don’t bother yourself for searching other places by booking this hotel you can get best location, tasty food great service and and entire support for any issues related to your stay. The staff speaks English and Russian, knows it’s duty and well mannered with kind and caring attitude. Hotel is great and the expectations really meet the 4* mark rating .
1. Almost impossible to regulate hot & cold water;
2. Ventilation in toilet does not work,
3. Bathroom was clean but tiles sticking out in shower
4. No sound insulation at all, you here who is walking in corridor, all passing by cars.... & worst in middle of night you here snore from neighbour room

Really beautiful hotel and great location but the best thing is the staff.... There was an issue with my booking and they got me another room in a different hotel while they fixed the issue at no extra cost!! Can't recommend this place enough... Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Batumi!!
I recommend this hotel anyone. It is not too far away from the main attractions. Conveniently located. Clean rooms. Not pricey. Good staff. Open buffet breakfast. It could be much better if the service starts a bit earlier.
