It is a wonderful holiday hotel in Batumi, in a quiet and green environment where you can stay in good conditions.
To tell a long story short - We booked this hotel only because it has a pool. since we have small kids ( 3 yrs and 11 months) We specified the need in the pool during the booking and the manager confirmed that they have a pool, but "forgot" to mention that it's not functioning,.We would never stay there if we knew it, because you have to drive to the beach! I would book even an apartment so far away from the sea!
Arrived at the hotel in the evening, seemed like we were the only guests. Had to light up the torches on our cellphones to find our room. No air conditioning (due to regulations). The next morning breakfast, that supposed to start at 9:00 was not ready at 9:30 and we were told to wait half an hour more :D In order not to spend the whole morning waiting for breakfast, we ate outside. The pool which supposed to "open" on that day, was as dirty as it was when we arrived. Since no one knew when it will start functioning, we decided to move to another hotel and guess what? They charged us for full 2 nights, including breakfast that was never served to us! In order to avoid double payment, we were forced to stay that night. In the morning breakfast was served to our room ( never asked for it) - it's barely called Breakfast!
The room was repaired really long ago, then it was cleaned - full of dirt under the bed.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!! Avoid this hotel if you don't want to be cheated!
This is avarage 3 star hotel.
Stuff somethimes friendly, somethines confused.
The slowest wifi speed I've ever had, couldn't use youtube even the works quality.
Food 4/10. Georgia is one of the richest witch dishes and food quality, so low quality and not tasty food is unforgivable.
Hotel has a lot of technical issues, for example not working phones, problems with condition systems, also when raining balconies are getting wet because they dont have protectors on the roof, so after rain you can not sit or stay on balcony for couple days because of water.
Hotels location is one of the best, view is great.
Good 3 star Hotel if you want spend time quite and to feel air of mountains and black see.

Good service, pleasant staf, prices are acceptable. Hotel is in a good place, you can see whole view of Batumi and also it's a quiete place, without urban noice! its little bit far from sea, you should to take Taxi. prices of Taxi are cheaper than anyway in Georgia. But hotel has it's own pool, restaurant and live music shows. So, enjoy your stay in hotel Sputnik.
