We stayed at Best Western as a team from work and overall we really enjoyed it. Rooms are cozy, very clean and with all the essentials. The view is as good as it can be (Giant Marriott building is covering some of it, but you can still see the sea :))
The hotel is very serious about Covid-19 measures. Pool and gym was closed, no bar. They measured our temperature and you couldn't walk without mask in common areas. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not the best, but coffee is very nice.

1. The best city view from the balcony - dancing fountain, sea, beautiful buildings has never been so close before
2. Tasty breakfasts - various food on the top floor with excellent view or directly to you room
3. Comfy rooms - all you need
4. Kind and helpful service - they speak Russian and English that should be enough for the most of foreign tourists.
5. Very clean and not crowded.
6. Close to the beach.
7. There are a lot of good places to eat or drink around.
Nice hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. Not the best district of the city.
