First of all... It's a 3star hotel but not a perfect one!
Warm water for shower? Not if you have long hair! Every room has one of those old warming systems that gives a limited amount of warm water
Breakfast included but you have to go to Euphoria hotel to have it and believe me... It's not pleasant in warm humid summer of Batumi
Same is the pool and Spa... It's in Euphoria hotel!
Parking? Outside and not covered! In front of shopping center and Euphoria hotel...! And you can park your car in front of hotel in the street if you find a place!
Room service? We didn't see...
We got our towels and toiletries at their desk and brought them to our room.
Tea and Coffee? No! Plate and fruit knife? No!
Hotel rooms are not wheelchair accessible.
And the rooms are either sea view or no view!
Just one good thing... They have bidets.
Very nice
Except the restaurant was very very bad I don’t like it. Only three types and other like cheese chocolate,jam.
