Highly Recommended! Some minor initial flaws were swiftly improved by staff and management during our 4-day stay in this amazing hotel! Staff is surprisingly welcoming, attentive and professional! Special Thanks to them all! Must visit hotel all year-round!
Great Welcome at the check In counter and once we checked in to the room , I got a surprise Birthday Cafe for me by the Gm of the Hotel which made my day more special I have cut 4 times the cafe

Hotel, staff, service... Everything was perfect. Rooms, including standard ones, are huge, very clean and comfortable, with all necessary things inside, including water heater, iron, fan, etc. Good quality internet, which is important during a trip. Location amazing. As it was low season during my stay, it was easy to park, I am not sure about summertime. Perfect indoor swimming pool, sauna was not working. We had a dinner, good service, Nino, the waitress, was very professional, as we took a lot more that we thought at first. Dinner was not bad, but it could improve, as it was not big choice, but may be it was because of local restrictions for Covid
Stayed almost a week on business purposes. the room was great. Breakfast has a la carte service and Server Ms. Medea remembers all guest with their tea and coffee preferences, amazing :) Reception messed it up with my airport transfer which was confirmed for 3:30 am. thanks to god Security guys Dear Lasha and Oleg saved the day by arranging a minivan on the spot despite of the curfew. over all great service and great staff. it was a complete 5*, if they did not fail on airport pick up. @Le Meridien, pls provide a feedback form somewhere visible on your website. I would prefer that instead of this platform
