It is a very nice place to stay, clean and close to the sea.
Room was spacious and clean, and it is very convenient for early flights. The air-conditioning did not work, the shower was only hot (boiling) water, and the mattress had a strong mold smell.

Clean room, nice calm place, green yard. Good to ride a bike on a promenade cost which leads till Santo Spirito. Beaches not so perfect. Public transport is not convinient and complicated.
A wonderful place. Outside a magical garden, which allows you to spend a pleasant evening of relaxation and inner tranquility. The rooms, spotless, with a simple and essential furniture, which allows you to put yourself at ease, almost as if you were at home. The very kind staff and with an attention to detail that makes the difference. The flight, with an excessive delay, made us arrive at the structure very late, but no one made us weigh this, indeed, the welcome was unique, not making us weigh the "discomfort" of having arrived late.
The bathrooms are spacious, and with all the sought after comforts.
The excellent and plentiful breakfast, with fresh and delicious croissants. The equally delicious artisan cakes, useful for savoring the delights of the Earth in which you are.
The possibility of having the sea 100m away from the structure allows you to organize last minute morning or night getaways. A restaurant very close to the hotel is really good and is a great idea for a dinner, with a sea view, which should not be underestimated.
The only flaw? That of being there only for a few days, because I wanted to spend many more ... Reason why, we will definitely return!
