They charge 3€ per towel at the pool without informing. It's a shame. The reception staff agreed and blamed the management.
Rooms were clean but noisy and old. Breakfast was not very tasty but nice to sit ourside.
Wouldn't recommend with current management. Overall this is only 3 star hotel and located in a weird area.

The other reviews were right - clean and comfortable, with outdated furniture. Empty mini bar (bc of covid?) Pool was really nice, the garden area is picturesque.
Overall, feels short of a 4 start hotel but a comfortable stay in an easily accessible location.
Being part of the Accor group this hotel refuses to reimburse the bookings made in Avril 2020 (first lockdown in Italy) and they keep proposing a voucher. I would expect a different treatment from an hotel of this class and this chain...other hotels (boutique hotels) refunded immediately but the Accor group seems to be willing to keep your money until you are tired of asking. What a shame.
Last but not least, after mentioning many times that it is the Accor group that impose these rules, the hotel now say that they are just a franchise (the Accor group customer care told me that true Accor hotels could propose reimbursement). The bottom line is that they keep customer’s money for a service that has not been delivered in times of COVID...lawyers and “associazione dei consumatori” will be engaged now.
The place, is clean, having a nice park and swimming pool. However, I was allocated on the room 106. The room 107 ( next door) is used by the cleaners as store/changing room and filling up the buckets to clean the rest of the floor rooms. That's make it impossible to sleep at morning time. So I given two stars since my seven nights relax holidays, was ruined by extremely noise early morning/ abruptly wake up of the shutting doors, conversations and constantly parade of cleaning pushing buckets through the corredor to cleaning up the rooms.
Rooms and are ok, cleaning staff is great, breakfast and bar service is terrible, Italian guests get preferred treatment, everybody else waits longer, if an Italian cuts in line.
