The apartment was amazing, but there was someone in Bari even more beautiful! I’m talking about Stefano, the charming guy who showed us the place and gave us tips about Bari itself and beaches around. Clean and well located, I’d recommended it even to my worst enemy. Evil too needs a lovely break every now and then!
We booked a triple room, but there we found only two set of towels. In the first night was warm and fine, but in the second night was pretty cold. We noticed that they clean the apartment in every day. The apartment is located very close to the center and it's ok for staying 2-3 nights. We paid 3 EUR for breakfast, but the same breakfast if you'll take on yourself for the same cafeteria you'll pay 2 EUR.
Ups: beatiful and spacious apartment in the city centre, well placed near the trainstation, next to a supermarket and an excellent pizzaria (Continental). The view from the apartment is wonderful and it is cleaned every other day, more often than said. The included breakfast missed the promised fruit juice or fruit but was otherwise charming and tasteful, including excellent coffee. Downside: the apartment is not well kept. Parts of the floor are missing, the door in the bathroom couldn't close, the toilet seat was broken and it was impossible to put anything on the shelf in the shower because it would topple over. More alarming is the complete lack of fire prevention and general safety: no smoke alarms, no sprinklers, no emergency exit (this is the 8th floor!), no indication of where to go in case of fire. The window in the room is dangerous for small children, very easy to fall out. This made us feel quite unsafe. We tried to buy a smoke alarm but those are not easy to find in the city center. Please fix this before accidents happen, especially the fire hazards.
Really nice and Big rooms. There are no slots for parking available so we had to search for about one hour for a free space. In my room was no hot water available so the shower in the morning was not comfortable. Even though it calls itself bed and breakfast the breakfast is not included. I attach two photos with the view from our balcony. Really nice...
A pleasant place with a good proximity to the central railway station. However we were promised a room with a balcony and did not get it as well as no breakfast was served.
